Eligibility for Return / Refund

At Siya Collection, we care about your satisfaction and ensure every product meets our quality promise. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we offer an easy 15-Day Return Policy under the following conditions:

• Product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the invoice, certificate, and all documents included.
• Return or refund will be approved only after inspection by our Quality Team.
• Customised or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.
• Damage caused by mishandling or improper use is not covered.
• You must request a return within 15 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@siyacollections.com within 15 days of delivery.
2. Attach clear photos and an unboxing video showing the issue.
3. Once approved, return the item to our store or postal address (available on our website).
4. Keep all packaging, certificates, invoices, and documents intact for a smooth return process.

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
• Payment gateway fees (if any) are non-refundable.
• In-store returns are accepted subject to the conditions mentioned above.
• Please avoid writing words like “Precious,” “Rudraksh,” or “Bracelet” on the package to help prevent loss or theft during transit.
